If you’ve been following my journey for a while now you probably know that I’ve been in the fitness industry for over nine years now.

Over the last nine years, I have experienced my fair share of diet culture.
I can confidently say that I’ve tried it all. Keto, carb cycling, diet pills, detox’s, tracking macros, shakes, meal plans, no carb diet, low carb diets, wraps, skinny teas, fat burning gels…the list could go on and on.
I can’t lie and say that those methods didn’t produce results for me because for the most part they all did. However, I never considered any of them to actually work.
If they worked, I wouldn’t have constantly been searching for the next best diet. You didn’t fail the diet, the diet and the approach failed you.
None of these methods actually had the end goal of sustainability. That’s why I finally decided to throw up the white flag and ditch dieting for good.

To say that SureFIT changed my life would be an understatement. From the moment I said yes, I've never been more motivated or encouraged to show up for myself.
